The Ilderton Agricultural Society was formed in 1851 to celebrate our community and our agricultural heritage.

Our largest annual event, The Ilderton Fall Fair, has been a major part of our celebration for the past 164 years. We are indebted to all of our volunteers, participants and supporters who have made the Fair the success it is today.

A heritage based on 4-H values

The 4-H organization has deep roots within the Ilderton community and the Ilderton Agricultural Society. As an organization based on “leaders building leaders”, 4-H has a long history of delivering quality, innovative and sustainable leadership and life skills programs for youth and volunteers to benefit citizens and the communities they serve. 4-H members proudly pledge their Head, Heart, Hands and Health as they engage in community-based clubs and projects encompassing agriculture, food, health and the environment. At the Ilderton Fair, you’ll see lots of exciting exhibits and attractions from 4-H members including the 4-H Barrow Show & Sale, 4-H Lifeskills and 4-H Educational displays.

Ilderton is a small town filled with a huge spirit of community giving

The Ilderton Agricultural Society is staffed primarily by dedicated volunteers who give so generously of their time to the society’s activities and events throughout the year.  Together, all of our volunteers, participants and supporters have made the Ilderton Fall Fair a success year after year  – and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
